APAMEYA, established in 2014 to deliver its 30 years of experience in APAFLON ® (PTFE) manufacturing directly to all those in need, is taking firm steps forward in the APAFLON ® market with its ever-growing customer portfolio.

APAMEYA, which adopts the principle of always prioritizing the understanding of quality and service, provides a prominent level of added value to its customers with its affordable price policy.

APAMEYA manufactures APAFLON® semi-finished products in solid and hollow cylindrical forms. These products are also supplied as finished components to meet end-user requirements, including gaskets, rings, O-rings, V-rings, back-up rings, seals, bearing elements, strips, bushings and flanges.

Keeping pure APAFLON® and all alloys (Carbon, Bronze, Glass fiber, Graphite, Molibden Disulfide, Alumina, Peek, Inox, Ekonol, etc.) in its stock at all times, APAMEYA can produce APAFLON® (PTFE) in all compound ratios and colors in line with the demands of the customers.

APAMEYA and APAFLON®

APAMEYA is the manufacturer; APAFLON® is APAMEYA’s PTFE material brand. The material grade code is considered separately from the product form and part dimensions.

Production scope and technical enquiry details

Our PTFE rod production covers diameters from Ø8 mm to Ø350 mm. Include the diameter, length, quantity and PTFE material grade in your enquiry. For custom parts, also provide the technical drawing, critical tolerances, operating temperature, pressure and chemical contact conditions.

Industries and Applications

We serve PTFE semi-finished product and machined part requirements for construction machinery, hydraulic systems, pumps and compressors.

PTFE is also used in chemical processing, electrical and electronic applications, and textiles. We assess part enquiries for these areas on an application-specific basis, considering the material grade, part geometry and operating conditions. Material and product suitability is assessed separately against technical requirements and any applicable testing or documentation needs.

Quality Assurance and End-to-End Traceability

Quality control is an integral part of our manufacturing process. All products we manufacture undergo in-house dimensional, tolerance and visual inspections; no product proceeds to packaging without quality control approval.

We support our internal control processes with technical testing and analysis services provided by independent organizations at defined intervals, and evaluate our products’ technical properties against the corresponding reports.

We manage every production stage, from the raw material lot to the finished product, on the basis of end-to-end traceability. By maintaining the link between raw material identity, production stages and the finished product, we enable each product’s manufacturing history to be traced retrospectively.
