1. Machine make and model, and the subsystem in which the part is used
2. OEM, part or reference code, if available
3. A technical drawing, sample information or photographs from different angles
4. Outside diameter, inside diameter, height or cross-section, plus groove dimensions and tolerances
5. Existing material type or APAFLON material code, if known
6. Operating temperature, pressure, speed, fluid and mating-surface details
7. Required quantity, annual demand if known, and delivery destination

Unfilled and filled PTFE grades should not be treated as directly interchangeable in every application. Material selection is based on the relevant technical data and operating conditions. If a detail is unknown, indicate this in your enquiry rather than estimating it.
