Frequently asked questions

Can I request a quote without a technical drawing?

A sample, photograph and basic dimensions can support an initial review. Required technical details must be agreed before production.

How can I send drawings or photographs?

Send them by email to satis@apameya.com or via WhatsApp. The English contact form accepts your written enquiry; it does not offer a file upload.

When should filled PTFE be considered?

Carbon, glass or bronze fillers can be considered according to wear, creep, dimensional and operating requirements. The final material choice is application-specific.

Can you review prototypes or small quantities?

Prototype, small-batch and series-production options are evaluated after reviewing geometry, material and manufacturing requirements.
